We are pleased to announce the restructure of S3 Group's Web Hosting packages. Our aim is to provide you a better web hosting environment, as well as to streamline our administration processes in providing you a more efficient, clearer and simpler process.
Attention Existing Customers
Your current hosting plan will be transferred to one of the new packages below upon your next renewal. We will automatically match your existing S3 Web Hosting to one of the packages with the closest specifications (e.g. If your current S3 Web Hosting plan includes 50MB storage, 500MB bandwidth, and 3 email addresses, you will be matched to the Lite package). Alternatively, if you would like to select a specific package, please let us know before your next renewal.
Please note that this web hosting restructure does not affect your web site's performance, and you can rest assured that your website will remain fully functional throughout the restructuring process.
Prior to your next renewal, we will send you a notification email to remind you of the transfer.

Things you need to know about the packages
Web Hosting
| 1. |
Excess monthly bandwidth is charged at $0.88 per 10MB in arrears. Excess bandwidth is calculated per 10MB block. (e.g. if you exceed bandwidth by 8MB, you will be charged $0.88) |
| 2. |
When upgrading a plan, you only pay the difference between the new plan and your existing plan. (e.g. If you are upgrading from Lite to Standard, the amount you pay is $359 - $219 = $140) |
| 3. |
Under the new administration process, S3 Group will send a notification email to you when your web hosting reaches 80% of the package's allocated bandwidth and/or storage. We will assess and advise you on whether you are likely to exceed the bandwidth/storage for your plan.
Bandwidth
If you are likely to exceed for the month, we will advise you on whether it will be more cost-effective to upgrade the hosting package or to purchase additional bandwidth in blocks of 10MB.
Storage
If you are likely to exceed the allocated storage, we will notify you to upgrade your hosting package as excess storage cannot be purchased in blocks.

If you require more email accounts or databases, you will have to upgrade to the next available package. |

30 days prior to the expiry of your hosting account, a notification email will be sent to you. 14 days prior to the expiry, a reminder along with an invoice will be emailed to you. |
Payment
| 1. |
Web hosting payments are charged annually, whereas exceeded bandwidth will be billed monthly. |
| 2. |
All prices are GST Inclusive. |
| 3. |
There are no refunds or credits once an invoice is paid. |
Termination
| 1. |
If you wish to terminate your account with S3 Group, you will have to submit a request to service@s3group.com.au, otherwise your account will be automatically renewed for the same subscription period and you will be liable for, and immediately invoiced upon the commencement of, such additional subscription period. S3 Group will not accept verbal instructions to terminate an account. |
| 2. |
On receipt of your cancellation request, S3 Group will cancel your service at the first available opportunity. |
| 3. |
You are responsible for payment of all outstanding invoices in your account before we terminate your account. |
Late Payment
| 1. |
If you fail to pay by the invoice due date, you will be charged a $11.00 late payment fee. A revised invoice will be sent to you. |
